". . .the sky was full of what looked like huge bats. . ."

Name a movie with Richard Gere in it that doesn't suck, and that isn't
The Mothman Prophecies.
If you can, you get 10 points.

Ha, can't do it can you?
Mothman Prophecies is the only good Richard Gere movie. And, it's also the only Richard Gere movie without Julia Roberts in it. I think you can do the math, kids.

Hey, I know why this last week was good, despite the MAP tests. I narrowed it down to four core reasons, but you may think of more if you like.

a. Spring time. "the sun just got a little bit closer,"

b. Focus. I was focused this week. And when I figured out that what I was focusing on didn't matter anyway, it made me laugh and thank God I'm alive.

c. Hackey Sack.

d. Easter. It the most meaningful, yet one of the most mis-celebrated holidays in the book.
Without what happened on Easter there would be no reason for me to live.

I'm so free, man.

Galatians 5:1
"It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery."

1 Peter 1:3
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead."

I am so free.

you guys take it easy.

It's nice to wake up and hear the birds singing. Is Spring really that close?

fine with me.

Trying again after not trying for a really long time is as hard as freestyle rapping.

What's really hard?
The things I struggle with the most are confrontation and tying my shoes.
Both I learned about when I was 9, and both I dread whenever I have to go and do 'em.

What's a movie I should watch?
I think I might have to go watch From Justin to Kelly.

"I-L-L-I-N-O-I-S"

hey, thanks.

Wer will feinen Kuchen backen,
er muss haben sieben Sachen.

If one wants to bake a fine cake, he must have seven things.

cooking for myself makes me feel indepentent and grown up.

While everyone was out listening to their Ipods, secluding themselves from the outside world, I got a harmonica for Christmas, and I can play a host of good songs such as
"Oh Susanna!" "You are my Sunshine," and "Clementine." take that.
hey. what about musical instruments? eh? Do you play anything?
I can play "Oh Susanna!" and "You are my Sunshine," on my harmonica, but you knew that.

Hey, I was noticing you had this dust speck in your eye, let me grab it for you.
crap, why can't I get it?
Oh, it must be this ginormous piece of wood in my eye. my bad, bro.

"Thank you, Father, Lord of Heaven and Earth, for hiding the truth from those who think themselves so wise and clever, and revealing it to the childlike." Matthew 11:25

peace out, friends.

Woohoo! Celebrate!

I can feel it, man.

Last night, friday the 13th, me, andrew dolan, and mark speckman played at the Cherry Street Artisan, and it freakin rocked. Haven't had fun like that in a while.

Everyone was dancing. that's what I'm talking about.

hey, thanks for coming.

God blessed so hardcore.

Hey, I feel like asking you a question, but I can't think of it.

oh, here it is.

Which is worse, eating vegetables or framing a picture of Celine Dion in your bedroom?

What is the opposite of Love (the action or the feeling)?

How come you don't read more?

here's to girls who go to Stephen's College and to people who work at the Artisan. I can't get enough of those crazy kids.

Raise your hand if you got some sort of Ipod for Christmas.

Presents are over-rated and over-articulated. so there.

I just got back from a conference that changed my life. I'm going to die to myself.

Somebody asked me today, "How do you know if someone loves you?" How do you know if someone loves you?

good question.

I drew a picture of my family the other night.

 I think it's pretty good.

I started a personal record book, now I gotta go make some records so I can write in it.

hey catch you later.
